Leaky Toilet

 

As a real estate investor, my normal maintenance issue includes air conditioning and plumbing. In southeast Louisiana it is mainly air condition issue. On occasion plumbing issue do arise. When plumbing needs need addressing it usually involves the toilet. A license master plumber is about 100 – 150 per hour.
